  1. Login to your Account from Merchant Interface. 
  1. From the main menu, tap on the Recurring Billing
  1. Tap on Search ARB Subscriptions under the Search & Reports section
  1. Enter your application subscription and tap on the Search button
  1. Select the Subscription ID from the left column
  1. Select the Edit Subscription link from the Transaction Details page. On that page, you can then edit the ARB Subscription details
  1. On that same page, click on the Cancel Subscription link from the top corner on the right side of the page
  1. Tap the “Yes” from the dialogue box to confirm your cancelation and proceed with the cancelation process. 

How Do I Close My Account?

You can send your account closure request by using the eTicket Service from your Merchant Portal. Follow these steps to do so-

  • Login to your Merchant Portal and click on the Contact Us button from the top of the page.
  • Then, tap on Create a New eTicket 
  • Include your contact information and write your account closure request in the provided space
  • Hit the Submit button and submit your request to their customer service team. 

Close Account Over The Call

You can also submit your account closure request to their team by making a call on their available support numbers. You can contact their team on their toll-free number at 877-447-3938 and get connected with their team member on a call. They will ask you some security questions for your verification and after that, they will close your account. 

Close Account Via Chat & Support Case

You can also use the online chat support feature to submit the request to their team to close your Account. Follow these steps to use the online live chat feature. 

  • Login to your Account
  • Select Contact Us from the top of the page

How Do I Refund A Credit Card Transaction?

You have two methods to get a refund for your credit card transaction. 

To get a refund from Quick Refund Feature, follow these steps.

  • Sign in to your Merchant Portal Account
  • From the main toolbar, tap on the Transaction Search
  • Then, tap Search for the Transaction from the left side of the menu
  • Click on the desired date to view it from the drop-down menu and then tap on the Search button
  • Select the Transaction ID of that transaction for which you want a refund
  • Finally, tap on the Refund button from the Transaction Detail Screen

Follow these steps to get the refund by using the Virtual Terminal. 

  1. Login to your Account from Merchant Interface
  1. Tap on Virtual Terminal from the left side of the screen
  1. Select Refund a Credit Card from the Select Payment Method
  1. Provide some customer information on the Virtual Terminal Screen
  1. Hit the Submit button.
