1. Login to EveryPlate account on website. 2. Click on account icon at top. Then navigate to “Settings”. 3. On left, click on “Plan Settings”. It’s here you’ll see options for managing subscription. 4. Scroll down options to and click “Deactivate Account” button.
1. Before calling, be sure to have the following information ready: the full name, delivery address, and email address. 2. Call EveryPlate customer care at (973) 210-4915. 3. When speaking with their customer service representative, ask them to cancel your account and send you a confirmation email.
