Qapital is a personal finance mobile application for the iOS and Android operating systems, developed by Qapital, LLC. If you no longer want to use the Qapital app, here’s how to cancel your Qapital membership.
1. Login to your Qapital Account – qapital.com. 2. Visit your Profile Page. 3. Here, click on Edit Profile and "Delete Account.”
1. Sign in to your Qapital app. 2. Click on “Transfers”. 3. Start a withdrawal from “Goals” to “Funding” account. 4. Unlink bank account under the “Accounts” tab for iOS. On Android by clicking on “Profile” > “Your Accounts” > “Savings” and trash icon on right. 5. Unlink external funding account. 6. Your membership is cancelled once the external account is unlinked and the goals account is closed.
Write “Request to Delete Qapital Account” as subject and state your reason for deletion, and send it to support@qapital.com If you are still to unlink accounts and make withdrawals, reach out to them at the same email for help – support@qapital.com
You can close your spending account by dropping an email at support@qapital.com. Contacting customer service can help you navigate through this process.
